Would you like to work in an engaged and competent team where a holistic view, collaboration, and flexibility are in focus? We are now looking for an occupational therapist or physiotherapist for a temporary position in municipal home healthcare.

Depending on the applicants we receive for the position, one may work within our regular operations as well as work on a project focused on training staff in elderly care.

About the position

As an occupational therapist/physiotherapist with us, you will work in ordinary and special housing with standard rehabilitation tasks. You will make assessments, establish rehabilitation plans, guide nursing staff, and follow up on interventions. The work also involves prescribing and following up on aids as well as close collaboration with other professionals in the team.

You will be part of our rehab group consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehab assistants, and assistive technology technicians. Together, we work to create safety, function, and participation for our patients.

Tasks (examples)

• Assessment of activity and functional ability
• Planning and implementation of rehabilitative interventions
• Prescribing aids and housing adaptation certificates
• Close collaboration with nursing staff, nurses, and other team members
• Documentation according to applicable guidelines

Qualifications

• Licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist
• Experience in municipal healthcare is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible, responsible, and with a good attitude
• Personal suitability

About the temporary position

Period: May 1 – December 31, 2026

Extent: 100% (40 hours/week)

Working hours: Flexible hours apply

Placement: Municipal primary care rehab
